FRAUDULENT ANNOUNCEMENTS OF VACANCIES AT KWS

Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) attention has been drawn to fraudulent messages circulating via WhatsApp and other social media platforms that vacancies exist at KWS for various positions.

KWS wishes to advise the general public that vacancy position advertisements follow the laid down KWS and Government regulations using mainstream media and do not use the whatsApp platform.

Therefore, we take the earliest opportunity to clarify that the said reports are false and should be ignored. The public is advised to desist from forwarding the messages thereby perpetuating the falsehood.

Any cases of such messages should be reported to the nearest police station as they may develop into a scam that exploits gullible members of the public.
